SALES EXECUTIVE (SE)
Responsible to propose, acquire and maintain orders.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Experience in business-to-business sales or marketing for printing/packaging company is an advantage.
- Business and customer oriented with wide networking experience.
- Target oriented, excellent persuasive skills, attractive personality, sociable and good analytical thinking.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Surabaya.
SALES EXECUTIVE (FOR PAPER & FLEXIBLE PACKAGING)
Responsible to propose, acquire and maintain orders indeed in paper & flexible packaging.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Minimum 1 years experience in business-to-business sales or marketing in packaging company
- Possess high interest in sales & marketing
- Business and customer oriented with wide networking experience
- Target oriented, excellent persuasive skills, attractive personality, sociable and good analytical thinking
MARKETING EXECUTIVE (ME)
Responsible to get new customer from list of prospect, handling complain and claim, maintain and improvement customer relationship, create marketing program to increase revenue from new customer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or Marketing / Business.
- Experience in marketing for printing/packaging company is an advantage.
- Experience in conducting market research and competent in marketing and advertising is an advantage.
- Good in communication skill, excellent persuasive skills, attractive personality, conceptual & analytical thinking.
RESEARCH & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (RPD)
Responsible to conduct research and analyze potential market, design and develop new product (printing/packaging), business activities and expansion market.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Economic (Prefer Economical Business or Marketing).
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position (preferable in the same industry).
- Have knowledge in production or manufacture.
- Good conceptual and analytical thinking.
POST PRESS MANUAL & PACKING
Responsible to establish all production activities such as insertion, sorting, shrink and packing to get the maximum result in manual team and can manage and coordinate the efficient human resource based on schedule and target production
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineeror Diploma in Graphic.
- Have experience minimum 1 year in the same position is advantage or have experience in manufacture before.
- Possess high interest in manufacture.
- Target oriented, excellent persuasive skills, good analytical thinking and have strong leadership background
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (CSO)
Responsible to handling order/jobs and to coordinate order/jobs as well as represent client’s needs (quality, quantity and on time delivery).
Requirements:
- Diploma Graphic / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering is preferred).
- Relevant experience in manufacture is an advantage (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
- Good conceptual, analytical thinking, quality oriented, can work under pressure and good in communication skill.
HR OFFICER (HRO)
Responsible to support the organization in human resources management function, including personnel area (allowances, attendance, employee database and records, employee relations), recruitment & training also administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any major (Industrial Engineering/Psychology/Human Resource/Administration/Management/Psychology/Law is preferred).
- Min 2 year(s) of working experience in Human Resources & General Affair.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Publishing/Printing or equivalent.
- Experienced and have good knowledge in compensation and benefits.
- Good in human approach capability, flexible, creative, independent & good interpersonal skill.
- Passion for excellence, pro-active and self-starters, good analytical thinking.
RECRUITMENT OFFICER (REO)
Responsible to handling recruitment process (hiring, selection, interviewing, and monitoring new employees).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Psychology.
- Experience in same position minimum 1 year.
- Experience in conducting psychological test and familiar with psychological tools are an advantage.
- Can work under pressure, target oriented, good in conceptual and analytical thinking, good in communication skill, willing to travel.
- Strong organizational and leadership background.
TRAINING OFFICER (TRAIN)
Responsible to analyze, develop and conduct training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any major (Industrial Engineering/Psychology/human Resource is preferred).
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs is an advantage.
- Target oriented, conceptual and analytical thinking, can work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and leadership background.
LEGAL & INDUSTRIAL RELATION OFFICER
Responsible in company’s legal assurance and build a good internal and external industrial relationship.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Law, GPA > 3,25.
- Expert in civil and business law and Labor Law
- Ability to work in manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal & communication skill.
- Location Jakarta based but willing to travel (when needed).
ACCOUNTING STAFF
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
- Good analytical thinking, high integrity & initiative.
- Have a high attention to details & can work under pressure.
